A & B Buys Century 21

A & B Village Realty in Bella Vista recently acquired the Century 21 franchise formerly known as Century 21 Wylie in Bella Vista.

The Bella Vista franchise was operated by Ted and Dawn Wylie, who sold the building off Arkansas Highway 71 to the J.E. Lindsey Family LP for $110,000 on April 4.

The Wylie agents joined Lindsey & Associates Realtors Inc., who now operate a branch office from that location.

Anne Mathis, executive broker of A & B said that Century 21 approached the firm about taking over the franchise after Century 21 Wylie sold its building to Lindsey. Mathis owns A & B with husband and principal broker, Bob Mathis.

As of May 1, the 21-agent firm is officially known as Century 21 A & B Village Realty.

“A & B Village Realty has built a solid and successful real estate firm with a reputation for high quality customer service,” said Sam Stricker, regional services director for Century 21 Real Estate Corp.

Bob Mathis said the firm was interested in the Century 21 system because of its offerings of sales training and an integrated marketing platform that offers things such as sponsorship advertising.
