Crossroads Realty of Gentry recently bought the Century 21 Bob Knight Agency in Siloam Springs for an undisclosed amount.

Crossroads owner Delton Williams founded the firm three years ago.

“Crossroads has been mostly commercial, farm and ranch, and Bob Knight has been mostly residential, so we’ll have a combined focus,” Williams said. He said the firm’s residential listings were a big reason for considering the buyout.

Williams said the firm will be changing its name to include Century 21 and will maintain its 3,000-SF office in Gentry, as well as opening up a 3,000-SF office in Grand Plaza off U.S. Highway 412 in Siloam Springs.

Williams said Crossroads rang in about $29 million in 2004 gross sales, and Century 21 Bob Knight had about $27 million in gross sales last year.
