We hear that Ben Israel of Dixie Development is about to close on the old Ramada Inn property off Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville. The 70,000-SF building is actually known as the Center Inn now and is owned by Raymond Ricardo. The land is owned by Orena Nelson.
Word on the street is that the place will be turned into more retail for shoppers in the 88,000 cars that pass by that spot on Joyce daily.
