The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette was busy in late December moving its Northwest Arkansas newsroom from Thompson Avenue in Springdale to a building in Lowell that adjoins the newspaper’s printing facility.
Leaving a strip mall where a coin-operated laundry is a tenant has got to be a step up. Plus, reporters will have much easier access to Interstate 540. We figure The Wellhouse Tavern closed in anticipation of the move.
