All About Town To Be Weekly Sound

Betsy Finocchi plans to convert the fortnightly entertainment newspaper All About Town to a weekly and change the name to The Sound. The first issue of the new weekly is scheduled to hit the streets on Jan. 11.
Finocchi, the publisher, said The Sound will feature a new design and many of the columns and features that ran regularly in All About Town. The publication will remain free to the public.
The new publication will include more investigative reporting and in-depth music calendar information, she said.
