On Nov. 19, The Morning News published a front-page headline that stated “Crowd Unfazed By Rain” above a story about the opening of the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock a day earlier.
The crowd we saw down there was extremely fazed. There were lines to get out immediately after the four presidents showed up and before any of them spoke. Empty seats could be seen throughout the stands as spectators huddled under ponchos and plastic garbage bags.
