Pinnacle Group Opens Mortgage Company

The Pinnacle Group of Rogers has become an investor in yet another venture. Pinnacle Hills Mortgage Co. opened its doors about two weeks ago in a 2,000-SF office at 2522 Pinnacle Hills Parkway. The group is a majority partner with Connie Hubert and Mary Menard. Both Hubert and Menard previously worked for an independent mortgage company in the area for about three years, in addition to working 20-plus years in the central Arkansas lending market, before starting with Pinnacle. The company will also employ one loan officer and one loan assistant. In an attempt to ride the residential housing wave, the group will target lower-income home buyers looking to finance homes priced from $100,000.
