Terminella Plans Area Developments
We couldn’t help but notice the sunshine-esque metal sign holders that have been erected off Arkansas Highway 264 and Mt. Hebron Road. Tom Terminella seems to know something about them.
He and other silent investors have plans for more than 280 acres of residential and commercial development in Cave Springs, Lowell and Rogers, although some of the land is still under contract.
Plans call for an 80-acre neighborhood in Cave Springs called Woodbrook that will be comparable to the Brookbury and Savannah Ridge subdivisions in Fayetteville. Homes will be offered in two different price points and there will be at least 35 one-acre lots. A 160-acre planned unit development that has yet to be named in Lowell will feature homes in three different price points.
A 40-acre site in Rogers will be located on the western side of Cross Creek, a Cooper Real Estate Investments Inc. development. It will mirror the look of Bordeaux subdivision in Rogers.
The developments should be under way in the next 12 to 18 months.
