Scott Sells House to ESPN Columnist

Wal-Mart Stores CEO Lee Scott has sold a 5,999-SF home in the Annsborough subdivision of Bella Vista to long-time ESPN columnist and broadcaster Chris Mortensen.
The deal closed on May 10 for $1.1 million. The purchase includes two parcels of land totaling 4.04 acres. The home alone appraised for $478,320. The property includes a pool and boat dock in addition to a separate 356-SF living area adjacent to the house that appraised for $32,640.
