Jimmy Rapert has sold his part of the Dickson Street Theater and J.R.’s Pizzeria & Lightbulb Club to his business partners, Benton Bandy and Wade Ogle.

He remains owner of the 4,500-SF building at 227 W. Dickson St. that houses the theater and will serve as landlord to the business owners.

“I’m kind of out of the bar business,” said Rapert, who previously operated the Old Post Office Restaurant in the center of Fayetteville’s downtown square.

Rapert said he owns several rental properties and plans to devote his time to those.
