For those keeping score at home, ownership of $5.1 billion-asset Arvest Bank Group is divided largely among four members of the Walton family of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. fame.r

The three brothers — Jim Walton, chairman and CEO of Arvest; John Walton of Jackson, Wy.; and Rob Walton of Incline Village, Nev., — each hold slightly more than 25.8 percent.r

Their mother, Helen Walton, holds an 18.5 percent stake. A remaining 3.9 percent is held by the Arvest Employee Stock Purchase Plan Trust.r
