Gold’s already leases a 25,500-SF facility from Charlton on S.E. “J” Street in Bentonville. Charlton said he’s had interest in the remaining 20,000 SF he has available at Brightwood from a restauranteur and a chiropractor. The business park will also have a health spa and another related business, Charlton said.r
