Verisource Has Veri-Big Potential

Verisource Inc., the network engineering and application development technology firm in Rogers, has become the largest Oracle reseller in Arkansas. r
Chris Maddox, Verisource’s CEO, came to Northwest Arkansas from Papa John’s International Inc. where from 1994-97 he was the Lexington, Ky., pizza chain’s director of store systems. Maddox said Papa John’s had a long relationship with Oracle.r
Maddox said before September when Verisource became a licensed Oracle reseller, local corporations wanting the Redwood, Calif., company’s database technology had to do business with reps in Dallas or Atlanta. Now they can drive across town.r
He said a couple Oracle staffers will likely even soon be moving into Verisource’s Pinnacle Point headquarters. Verisource occupies 6,500-SF at the fiber-connected office park and has more than doubled its staff to 25 since the firm’s 2000 inception. That includes recently hired Adam Ritchey, the firm’s new director of communications.r
