Going Swimmingly

The Trout Farm LLC is moving forward with plans to build a 74-acre office complex at the northeast corner of Interstate 540 and New Hope Road. r

Trout Farm members Tim Graham, Bill Schwyhart and J.B. Hunt of the Pinnacle Group purchased the land from the Bloomfield Family Trust and Marjorie Lascelle for $475,000 in August of 2001.r

Pinnacle Lakes, as it has been named, will offer 350,000-400,000 SF of office space. Leo A. Daly of Phoenix is the architect for the project that is still in the planning stages. Phoenix is also the architect for the Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping center.r

The Trout development caused a stir in 2001 when original proposed plans called for an auto dealership. The land was also the former location of the Tale of the Trout restaurant. The projected build-out value of the development is more than $50 million.r
