Financial Talk Show Added by Cumulus

Joe Conway, local market manager for Cumulus Broadcasting Inc., said its ABC News radio affiliate KFAY-AM, 1030, has added nationally syndicated investment advice show host Jim Cramer to its afternoon lineup.r

Cramer’s “Money Talk” began airing recently from 2-3 p.m. weekdays on the Fayetteville station. It directly precedes Bill O’Reilly’s nationally syndicated “No Spin Zone” from 3-5 p.m. and Chuck Barrett’s locally produced “Sports Rap” from 5-8 p.m. Rush Limbaugh is on the station from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.r

Conway said Cramer’s focus on more sophisticated investors is more reflective of what’s going on in Northwest Arkansas than the previously aired Clark Howard show that concentrated on pinching pennies.r

“We made the change because we felt having a show about the stock market is important to our listeners,” Conway said.
