CDI Contractors LLC, the Little Rock development company owned by UA System trustees Chairman Bill Clark and William Dillard II, chairman and CEO of Dillard’s Inc., is coming to Northwest Arkansas.
It’s not yet clear how large the firm’s local contingent will be, but we’re told CDI will have a presence in the two-county area within the next 45-60 days.
CDI, which had 2002 annual revenue of $216 million, specializes in large scale construction and remodeling for big box retailers. It did $130 million worth of business for Dillard’s alone.
CDI expects 2003 revenue to be about $240 million.
