Lazenbys Plan Two Hotels for Bentonville

Bill Lazenby and Ken Lazenby of Lazenby Construction in Fayetteville are in the planning stages for two possible hotels off Rainbow Curve in Bentonville.

The company owns two parcels of land in that area that could be developed for hotels. One 4.6-acre parcel is located on the south side of Rainbow Curve and the other 6-acre parcel is located east of the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center. Ken Lazenby said there is a 90 percent chance they’ll follow through with their plans and something should be definite within 60 days.
