Harbor View Mercy Hospital of Fort Smith is in the process of being sold to Texarkana Behavioral Associates, which owns Vista Health in Fayetteville.
A letter of agreement was signed this month that will transfer ownership from St. Edward Mercy Health Network. The purchase is expected to be completed June 13 for an undisclosed dollar amount.
Built by St. Edward’s in 1984, Harbor View is a 57-bed behavioral health hospital located at 10301 Mayo Drive.
