After receiving no bonuses in 2001, executives at Brass Eagle Inc. of Bentonville all received bonuses for 2002, according to a proxy the paintball gun manufacturer filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 1.

The company said President and CEO E. Lynn Scott took home a salary of $220,500, a bonus of $110,250 and stock options on 10,000 shares for 2002. He received a salary of $210,000 and stock options of 14,500 shares in 2001.

Other executives and what they received are as follows:

• J.R. Brian Hanna, vice president and CFO, received a salary of $157,500, a bonus of $78,750 and stock options on 7,000 shares for 2002. He received a salary of $150,000 in 2001.

• Steve DeMent, vice president of operations, $153,140, a bonus of $61,869 and stock options on 7,000 shares for 2002. He received a salary of $145,848 in 2001.

• Andrew Gomez, director of operations, received a salary of $164,116, a bonus of $32,204 and stock options on 5,000 shares for 2002. He receive a salary of $153,352 in 2001.

• Mark Skrocki, vice president of sales, received a salary of $132,300, a bonus of $53,449 and stock options on 7,000 shares for 2002. He received a salary of $126,000 in 2001.

The firm’s annual meeting is at 9 a.m. on May 13 at the Candlewood Suites in Rogers.
