Brownstone Adds Licensed Architect

Brownstone Development LLC has named Anna Fomithcer Silvio as an architectural designer and planner at Brownstone.

Brownstone Development is a planned commercial project that will have about a $350 million-$450 million buildout. It is located about 3.5 miles west of Rainbow Curve in Bentonville across from the Wal-Mart Stores Inc. distribution centers on Airport Boulevard.

Silvio specializes in residential and public buildings, urban districts, parks, interior design, furniture design and landscape design.

A native of Belarus, Silvio is a licensed architect in Russia and Israel. She has previously worked at the firms of Izhak Lebanon Landscape Architects Co. and Shereshevsky & Marash Architects Ltd. of Beer-Sheva, Israel. Her most recent experience in the United States includes the firms of Johnson & Lasky Architects of Chicago and NuBeginnings Design of Homer Township, Ill.

Silvio is multilingual, speaking fluent Russian and Hebrew.
