$65M Retail Complex Planned for Pinnacle

HSG Holdings LLC plans to build a 260,000-SF, $65 million retail complex at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. HSG consists of Bill Schwyhart, J.B. Hunt and Tim Graham.
“It’s going to be the most exclusive” shopping center in the area, Schwyhart said. “It’s going to be high end.”
HSG is partnering in the project with Jones Lang LaSalle of Chicago and Rawson, Blum & Leon of San Francisco.
Drawings of the proposed project were presented to the Rogers Planning Commission on April 1.
Schwyhart said he hopes construction is under way by June. The project is scheduled to be completed by Christmas 2004.
