California Company Coming to Bentonville

Originals of Carson, Calif., a supplier to Wal-Mart, has signed a multi-year lease agreement with Vision Development LLC in Bentonville to open an office in Northwest Arkansas.
Brentwood Originals is a decorative pillow, throw and window treatment manufacturer and importer. It has plants in Carson, Olive Branch, Miss., and Youngstown, Ohio. Its new Bentonville office will be located at 2111 E. Central Ave. The Vision Development complex is just west of Moberly Lane.
The deal was brokered by Craig Hull of Hull & Co.
There are two 800-SF offices still available at Vision Development, with an end office leasing for $975 per month and a middle space office for $850 a month.
Brentwood Originals was founded in 1957 by current chairman Hal Alden.
