Dr. Russell Riggs has a unique approach to attract new dental patients.
He specifically markets his services to Benton County’s newest residents. Riggs is offering discounts to new homeowners in an effort to attract their business. In a letter to the homeowners, he congratulates them on their new home, welcomes them to the neighborhood and offers them a full dental examination, including X-rays, for $39.95.
Riggs said he first sends new homeowners a coupon through a directory distributed by Welcome Wagon and then backs up the coupon with a letter sent directly from his office. Riggs has been practicing in Rogers for 40 years and said he has no plans to retire soon.
Riggs said the direct contact with new homeowners works well and he’s generated a number of good patients for his practice from the letters.
