Owner: Pat Tinsley

Address: 160 Oldham Drive

Bella Vista 72714

Phone: (479) 855-9201

Hours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday

Startup date: April

Because of numerous requests from customers of landscape firm Powerhouse Maintenance Inc., Pat Tinsley formed Powerhouse Express in April.

Tinsley, president of both companies, started Powerhouse Express to meet his customers’ needs for groundskeeping maintenance.

Tinsley said his company focuses on Bella Vista residents’ and area businesses’ needs for lawn mowing services, gutter cleaning and other upkeep maintenance required for homes and businesses.

The new business is aiming for $46,000 in revenue by the end of the year and expects to see its employee base increase from three to seven by April.

Tinsley described this year as an experimental one, with the company taking on a select number of customers to meet its demands and then going “full blast with it” in 2003.

Powerhouse Express is unlike other similar firms, Tinsley said, because the company works out of a big office rather than the back of a truck.

“We’re held accountable for our actions, and we back up our work,” Tinsley said.
