Area Real Estate Agents Rank High in State

Meza Harris, who was the top real estate agent in Northwest Arkansas for the fifth consecutive year, has placed third statewide.
Harris, of Lindsey & Associates’ Rogers office, had $24.7 million in total sales volume in 2001. She was second in the state last year to Roddy McCaskill of Roddy McCaskill Realty in Little Rock.
This year, McCaskill was runner-up with $33.4 million in sales. Leading the statewide list was Jeff Fuller of AgentOnLine.com Realty in Maumelle with $46.2 million.
Kirk Elsass of Lindsey’s Fayetteville office was No. 5 in the state with $21.2 million.
Other Northwest Arkansas agents making the top 30 in the state included No. 10 David Mix of Dykes Bassett Mix & Associates Inc. ($17.0 million); No. 11 Pat Moore of Lindsey in Rogers ($16.5 million); No. 13 Paul Ohlander of ($15.5 million), No. 15 Rick Hawes of Lindsey in Rogers ($14.1 million); No. 16 Angie Laney of Lindsey in Rogers ($13.9 million); No. 18 Sherry Hardie of Harris McHaney Realtors in Rogers ($13.7 million); No. 28 Jan Oliphant of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate in Springdale ($11.8 million).
