Former University of Arkansas golfer John Daly’s soon to be released CD will be his first, but on it he notes his number of failed marriages.

The oft-troubled fan favorite on the PGA Tour has been sober for two years and he’s also not taking anymore antidepressants that he said turned him into a “walking zombie.” He’s married for the fourth time and has a 2-year-old stepson.

Wal-Mart is backing Daly’s first recording effort, This is My Life, that includes such tracks as: “I’m Drunk, Damn Broke and Ain’t Got a Penny to My Name,” and “All My Ex’s Wear Rolexes.”

While doing an interview in his $1.4 million Prevost motor home prior to The Masters, Daly was asked why, despite all of his past problems, the fans still love him. His response included, “I’m a Wal-Mart guy. I shop there.”

The Augusta Chronicle said Tiger Woods was the most admired golfer in the world, but tabbed Daly as the most beloved golfer.

Daly, 35, has returned to living in his hometown of Dardanelle. The album was recorded in Memphis with several muscisian friends, including members of Hootie and the Blowfish.
