New Castle for Real Estate Giant

Lindsey & Associates Inc. of Fayetteville, the largest real estate firm in Northwest Arkansas, will soon take its plans for a six-story, 66,000-SF office building to the Fayetteville Planning Commission.

Lindsey will move its offices on the corner of Joyce Boulevard and Front Street north across Joyce. It will be just just east of the Arvest Bank branch.

Lindsey plans to use only four of the six levels to house its 60 Fayetteville agents as well as its Lindsey Management staff. The remaining two levels and the 26,000 SF of existing office space will be leased. Lindsey may delay the actual construction of the project due to the surplus of commercial office space currently in Fayetteville.
