The Arkansas Venture Capital Forum will be held on May 21 at The Peabody Hotel-Little Rock.

The forum will bring together providers of capital, including area venture capital firms, angel investors, private equity firms and companies or ventures seeking capital.

The Venture Group of Arkansas said ventures or companies that need capital and want to be considered to present at the forum need to complete executive summary guidelines and forward them to the selection committee of the Venture Group by March 20.

Contact Les Lane with the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority by calling (501) 324-8755 or e-mailing [email protected], or contact Tim McFarland with MCG Financial Services at (870) 365-3700 or [email protected] for detailed executive summary guidelines.

Those selected will be assigned a mentor team of professionals to assist the company in enhancing the presentation for optimal success. Six to eight companies will be selected to present their company at this year’s forum.
