Integral Wave Technologies and Beta-Rubicon Inc., both of Fayetteville, recently received awards from the Arkansas Technology Transfer Society for their “outstanding” efforts toward supporting technology and economic development in Arkansas.
David Nelms, founder and chief technology officer of Integral, and Ron Goforth, Beta-Rubicon’s president and general manager, were the recipients.
Integral makes thin-film passive components, and Beta-Rubicon is a technology due diligence firm.
