Fayetteville real estate giant Jim Lindsey’s plans for the private golf course in Goshen are contingent on a minimum of 100 lots being pre-sold. On Nov. 15, Lindsey said only 20 had been sold. And we hear very few have been sold since.
Meanwhile, Lindsey just keeps adding towns across the region to his golf course community themes. His latest venture is in McKinney, Texas (30 miles north of Dallas). There, Lindsey’s first phase boasts an 18-hole course and 576 apartments.
The McKinney course will be Lindsey’s 22nd overall.
