Stephens Media Hires D-G Couple

Stephens Media Group (formerly Donrey Media Group) of Little Rock hired Doug and Lisa Thompson away from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in January.
Doug Thompson will serve as a political writer working for Stephens Media’s “Arkansas news bureau” from the office of The Morning News in Fayetteville.
Lisa Thompson, who was city editor for the D-G’s newsroom in Springdale, will be Sunday editor of the Morning News. She had worked for the D-G since the fall of 1998.
The Thompsons started their new jobs on Feb. 4.
