More Lease Space Coming to UA Facility

Genesis has about 22,000 SF of space that’s already leased, but recently another 20,000 SF became lease-ready. Extensive modifications could take another three to four weeks.
Four potential Genesis clients have applied to join the incubator. If approved by its executive board, they could take up about 10,000 SF of that new space.
Additional clients are being sought to fill the facility to capacity.
Eventually Genesis will have 80,000 SF available at 700 Research Center Boulevard, the abandoned pantyhose factory turned high-tech campus. That does not include 100,000 SF of laboratory space the university will have on the site.
