Singleton Joins Edgewater Board

Edgewater Technology Inc. of Wakefield, Mass., formerly known as StaffMark Inc. of Fayetteville, has added Shirley Singleton to its six-member board of directors.
Singleton is president and CEO of the company’s Edgewater e-buisiness subsidiary. She was elected to the board during the company’s annual stockholders meeting June 6.
The five existing board members were reelected at the meeting. They are: Chairman Clete Brewer, CEO of Edgewater Technology Inc.; William Lynch, venture partner of Catterton Partners LLC; Charles Sanders, former chairman and CEO of Glaxo Inc.; Bob Martin, former president and CEO of the international division of Wal-Mart Stores Inc.; and Michael Loeb, president, CEO and a director of the Synapse Group Inc.
