Kash and Maliaka Logan plan to open Logan’s Menswear by June in the Three Sisters Building on Fayetteville’s Dickson Street. The 2,600-SF space at 216 W. Dickson St. previously housed The Grill, a restaurant owned by T.L. Nelms.

Kash Logan moved here from Little Rock in 1998 and helped a friend open Ace Glass Co. in Springdale. Logan said he hopes to sign the lease within a month.

Logan said the closing last year of Mr. Guy, a men’s store on Block Street, has left a void in the market in Fayetteville. He said Walker Brothers Dry Goods caters primarily to the 45 and older age group.

“I’m going for a youthful age group, 25 to 45,” he said.

Logan said he plans to carry a wide range of lines, including an inexpensive one.
