Rose Garden Development Will Be Finished in March

The construction of three fourplexes in Bentonville is being financed with a $375,000 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank of Bentonville.
Tolbert Edwards received the loan Nov. 14 and is using it to finish the Rose Garden development on Rose Garden Lane near the Wal-Mart Stores Inc. headquarters.
Edwards has built 18 similar fourplexes on the land through his company, Laughers Club. Edwards started the company about five years ago along with his son, Gavin Edwards.
Construction on the last three units has begun and should be completed by March. All the units are one- and two-bedroom townhouses and condominiums ranging in size from 900 SF to 1,200 SF and are rented mostly to Wal-Mart employees.
