Siloam Springs Dentist Buys Office in Rogers

Dr. Jeffrey Wisener bought the building that housed the dental practice of Dr. Jack Luker in Rogers on March 26 for $300,000.

The 1,400-SF building at 620 N. 13th St. was sold by Refunds Inc. to Wisener and his wife, Rebecca. The deed was signed by Richard K. Barnett as president of the company.

The purchase was financed with a $215,000 mortgage from Simmons First Bank of Northwest Arkansas. Wisener also signed a $174,000 mortgage to Luker as part of the purchase.

Wisener moved his family dentistry practice from Siloam Springs to Rogers after the purchase. Luker will practice at the clinic 1 1/2 days each week.
