A 16,000-SF office and retail center is being developed in Siloam Springs with a $500,000 mortgage from First National Bank of Siloam Springs.
James and Janet Butts received the mortgage March 25. It is secured by two lots along Tulsa Street. The development will be called Tulsa Street Centre.
Tenants include an insurance agency, a carpet store and a tanning salon. About one-half of the space is available for lease.
