The Tontitown Liquors store at 895 E. Henri de Tonti Boulevard in Tontitown was sold June 15 for $750,000.
O & S Inc. sold the property to JKJ Inc. The deed was signed by Ronald D. and Karen O. Singleton as officers of O & S Inc.
The purchase was financed with a $591,000 mortgage from Springdale Bank & Trust. The loan was signed by John C. Johnson as president of JKJ Inc.
The property is in the Northwest Arkansas Industrial Park and includes the 2,940-SF building that houses the liquor store. The store was built in 1990 and appraised in 1996 for $147,650.
