This seems to be a banner year for Harris McHaney Shearin Realtors in Rogers.
The state’s largest real estate agency has already reached the 1,000th buyer for the year, a milestone that took twice as long to reach last year when the company had 1,291 buyers for more than $128 million.
“It’s unbelievable,” says Pat Harris, president of the company.
It’s so unbelievable, in fact, that Harris won’t predict the year-end totals.
“It’s scary,” Harris says. “We have never been here before.”
But, we don’t have to be math majors to figure out the possibilities. At the current rate, the company could reach $200 million in listings and sales by the end of the year.
“I’m not saying we haven’t written down that number a few times,” Harris says.
