Buildings Inc. of Springdale received a $600,000 mortgage from Springdale Bank & Trust on May 27 to refinance the debt on the company’s truss shop at 235 S. 40th St.rThe loan was issued to K.C. Properties of Northwest Arkansas Inc. and signed by Kenny Bailey as president of the company and Carlos Treat as vice president.rBuildings Inc. has been in business since 1983 and at its current facilities since 1990. The company has four buildings on about 20 acres of land.
