M.P. Construction Co. will be busy building 16 townhouses on West Peachtree Drive.
Bleaux Barnes of Springdale purchased eight of those permits on Dec. 7 for a total value of $540,000.
David Chance of Lowell bought four permits valued at $309,360, and Brandon Barber of Fayetteville purchased four permits valued at $309,360.
Barnes’ townhouses, which will be 1,250 SF each, will be at 892, 893, 894, 898, 903, 904, 907 and 915 W. Peachtree Drive. Chance’s will be at 857, 863, 869 and 875 W. Peachtree and will be 1,435 SF each. Barber’s will be at 942, 946, 950 and 954 W. Peachtree and also will be 1,435 SF each.
