John David Lindsey is building a $1.5 million, 10-acre subdivision at the corner of McKnight and Ann Streets in West Fork. McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. is providing the financing.
The development will have 21 lots that are about 0.4-acres each. Homes on the lots will range in size from 1,300 SF to 1,450 SF and in price from $80,000 to $90,000. Tomlinson Asphalt Co. has started work on the site, and home construction should start in June.
Lindsey also recently bought four one-acre lots in the 28-acre Richard’s Glen Subdivision on Woods Lane in Little Flock. Regions Bank provided $580,000 in financing for the project.
