Hanna Finalizes Outlet Financing

Burt Hanna, through his holding company JB Hanna LLC, got a $2.4 million loan Jan. 31 from McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. to cover the permanent financing for Hanna’s Candle Outlet at 1080 W. Henri De Tonti Blvd. in Tontitown.
The 88,000-SF facility opened in October on 12 acres made up of three parcels, including two obtained from Tony and Jerry Childress’ C&T Business Park.
Hanna Construction Co. was the general contractor for the building, which is accompanied by a 24,000-SF pavilion. The facility is used both as a tourist attraction and a candle production facility.
