Ace Pallet Co. of Bentonville, owned and operated by Gary D. and Cynthia Youree, bought the 38,000-SF warehouse at 11675 Mt. Heabron Road in Lowell. The building and three-acre lot were formerly owned by the defunct Architectural Ceramics Inc.
First National Bank of Rogers provided the $400,000 in financing for the purchase on Dec. 27.
The steel building includes six docking doors. The Yourees also own D&A Transportation Inc., a local trucking company.
