Clary Continues With Wedington Plans

Steve Clary’s Clary Development Corp. in Little Rock secured financing Jan. 3 for the Sonic Drive-In that will be part of his Wedington Place commercial development on Arkansas Highway 16 in Fayetteville. Bank of Arkansas issued the $504,000 loan that will cover the parcel (0.8 of an acre) and the 1,200-SF restaurant.
The $30 million, 31-acre large-scale development will also include a 42,000-SF Consumers Thriftway being built by Marvin’s IGA LLC and will include 46,000 SF of additional shopping space.
The plan also calls for a two-phase senior housing development, two full-service convenience stores and a Bank of Fayetteville branch.
