Two 25,200-SF office buildings on Moberly Lane, just south of Arkansas 102 in Bentonville, will be identical to two office buildings on Millsap Road in Fayetteville. That’s because Lindsey Green Commercial Properties Inc. is building them all.
Through their holding companies, Lakeside LLC and Millsap LLC, Jim Lindsey and Stan Green are building the facilities for office lease space. Construction has begun and both projects should be completed by the end of 2000.
Community Bank of Fayetteville supplied a $5 million construction loan Oct. 29 for the Lakeside project.
