Burt Hanna of JB Hanna LLC on Sept. 28 purchased a large Fayetteville warehouse for $1.6 million from Baldwin Piano and Organ Co.
rBob Nickle of the Nickle-Hill Group was the real estate agent handling the transaction. The facility, located at 1107 Beachwood St., is 100,000 SF.
rHanna’s Candles retail stores are located in Fayetteville, Tontitown, Russellville, Joplin, Mo., Pittsburgh, Kan., and the Oklahoma cities of Grove, Broken Arrow and Tulsa.
