rThe city of Siloam Springs is considering turning one into a civic center.

rWal-Mart Stores Inc. is currently constructing a new Supercenter in Siloam Springs.

rPaul Joseph, president and CEO of the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce, said the city is considering whether it should purchase the old, 110,000-SF Wal-Mart building to use as a civic center. The new, 180,000-SF Supercenter is due to be completed by February.
