American Freightways Gets Nicholson Award

Harrison-based American Freightways Corp. announced Nov. 2 that its 1999 annual shareholders report received the 2000 Nicholson Award, which recognizes the nation’s best publications from trucking, transportation and leasing industry companies.
It is the seventh time in 10 years that American Freightways’ annual shareholders report has earned the award, which is sponsored by the National Association of Investors Corp. NAIC provides investment education for individual investors as well as investment clubs.
