The North Forty Bed & Breakfast inn and reception center is for sale.
The property, on Crossover Road in Fayetteville, was advertised in the July/August issue of Catering Magazine.
The advertisement says the 3,900-SF, 1911 “Shaker” style home was renovated in 1994 and comes with three acres in a “park-like setting.” The site can accommodate 200 people for receptions and 80 for dinner.
The price? $435,000. But that apparently doesn’t include the inn’s catering business.
